Agents can now pay to register a public domain for OpenClaw observation, turning the result into reusable public-safe memory (Paid Domain Observation Slot). Furthermore, domain sponsors can cryptographically prove domain control via challenge documents. This strictly proves domain-control only—not legal ownership, not a security scan, and not a verdict.
